Sebring Assisted Care Residence

Sebring Assisted Care Residence, completed and licensed as a Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF) in 2004, provides assisted care and services to meet the changing personal and medical needs of up to 52 seniors. Through Sebring's exquisite living environment, programs, care, and services, each resident is encouraged to be as independent as possible, with assistance available to enable them to continue active, productive, and meaningful lives.

Sebring Gardens' specialized care is available to residents that may have Alzheimer's disease or other forms of dementia.

Each of Sebring's private suites includes 386 square feet of living area with a living room, bedroom, kitchenette, and large, private bathrooms with a roll in shower, a state-of-the-art resident/staff call system, cable television, and paid utilities, except for your telephone service. Safety and security meets and exceeds regulatory standards.

Sebring Care, Services, and Programs:

• Outpatient rehabilitation services are available on-site
• "Respite Care" services are available based on suite availability
• End-of-life care, in conjunction with local hospice professionals, may also be arranged
