In December of 1995, Coventry Village broke ground
on its new continuing care retirement community located

Holy Name Seminary on High Point Road. Construction
of the first ten Courtyard Homes was completed in October,
1996 and continues in phases until all sixty-one homes
have been completed. The much anticipated construction
of the 102 Unit Brookline Retirement Apartments commenced
on May 26, 1998 and was completed on May 30, 1999 with
the first residents moving in on June 1, 1999. Sebring
Assisted Care Residence was completed, licensed and
opened for occupancy in February of 2004.

The architectural firm, Webber Design Group, was founded
by Harris Webber to complement the healthcare consulting
practice. The firm’s design approach to elderly
housing and healthcare emphasizes the non-institutional
setting, providing an atmosphere of home and community
in all settings, while taking into consideration the
design implications of the special needs of the elderly.
Harris Webber Management Services, a subsidiary of
Harris Webber, Ltd., was established to oversee the
operations and management of the facilities. The management
team brings years of expertise, providing a comprehensive
array of management services.
